California Employers: You must post the revised CFRA notice on July 1, 2015 if you are a:
- Private-sector employer with 50 or more part or full-time employees in 20 or more workweeks in the current or preceding calendar year, including a joint employer or successor in interest to a covered employer; or
- Public agency, including a local or state government agency, regardless of the number of employees you employ.
